Prices
Except for larger collections, which include a special price for the set, the prices quoted in our catalogue are per unit (i.e. microfilm or colour reel, microfiche or CD-ROM). To calculate the price of a complete or part set of any title, take the unit price quoted and multiply it by the number of reels, etc. required.
These prices supersede all earlier quoted prices, including any that may appear in the PDF versions of the older printed guides, which are linked to Microform Academic Publishers' online catalogue. Postage and packing are charged separately.
There is currently a ���£30/$60 minimum charge per invoice, inclusive of postage, packing and, where applicable, value-added tax (VAT), which is included on all sales within the European Union unless the customer's VAT registration number is quoted with the order.
With CD-ROM titles, the insitutional price is quoted, which includes a site-wide network licence. For a single-user price, contact us.
Paper copies can be supplied from most of our microfilms, priced as follows:
The prices quoted are for A4/A3 size paper copies printed from one reel of microfilm or one microfiche. An additional search fee may be applied if a document is requested without quoting the relevant archival reference, volume number or folio.

Payment
Methods
Payment can be made by bank transfer (BACS) or by cheque payable to "Microform
Imaging Ltd". To pay by bank transfer, please contact us for the IBAN details. We also accept credit card payments made through PayPal.

Subscriptions and Standing Orders
Our catalogue contains a number of current periodical titles, including newspapers,
journals and annual reports, which can be acquired on a subscription basis.
In addition, titles from any of our current series, including British
Records Relating to America in Microform (BRRAM), are available on standing
order.

Delivery
Postage and packing are charged separately. Delivery is normally four to five
weeks after receipt of order. All consignments are sent by surface mail unless
delivery by airmail or courier is specifically requested. Responsibility for
goods damaged in transit is accepted only if purchased directly from Microform
Academic Publishers. Customers must notify Microform Academic Publishers in
writing within 28 days of receipt. The goods should be marked "Damaged
in Transit"; and returned to the address below.
