Other Services Digital to Analogue Conversion  For those people who do not need document scanning or microfilming because they already have their documents on CD, but require a more permanent back up, we can convert these images to Microfilm.
The Kodak Digital Archive Writer converts digital images to a permanent analogue format that will last in excess of 500 years. These images can be read with a simple magnifier or reader and will not become obsolete as technology advances.
This microfilm is legally acceptable as best available evidence in Courts of Law as they are exact copies of the original. It also means that the original document no longer has to be stored, thus saving valuable office space (approx 96% saving)
If your requirement is to have your microfilms/images printed back to hardcopy, we can help. Using state of the art Digital Reader/Printers we can easily print back your microfilm and microfiche to paper. We can print back upto A0 in size using large format printers.
Forms Processing Forms processing is a way of extracting data from documents such as street surveys and exam papers. It uses much of the same technology as Optical Character Recognition. The software is set up so that it reads the answers (that are normally in tick boxes)and outputs the data to a file for later analysis. The software can also read handwritten text (if it is neatly written), so is not limited to just tick box responses.
Image Conversions We can convert many graphic image formats quickly and easily using a variety of software packages. Conversion is done to the customers specifications reguarding image quality, size, naming, etc. We can create multi-page images from single page or split multi-page down to single page images.
Images of text files can be converted to fully searchable image files by utilising Optical Character Recognition technology, whilst we can also output these as editable text files if needed.

CD/DVD Duplication We offer a CD/DVD Duplication and Printing service for those people who may need multiple copies of their Discs. We use a Free Collection and Delivery For anyone requiring our document scanning and microfilming services, we offer a free collection and delivery service in the following areas: Leeds, York, Wakefield, Bradford, Sheffield, Rotherham, York and the rest of Yorkshire.
We have less frequent (monthly) collections/deliveries to the following areas:
Lincoln, Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Manchester, Middlesborough and the rest of Lincolnshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Durham and anywhere in between.
For other areas of the country (i.e. Norfolk, London, Wales, Scotland, Devon, Cornwall etc), the 'free' collection of work is dependent on the amount to be collected. Smaller amounts can be posted or sent by courier.
